A little about me: I have always loved being active, even as a child.
I have competed in a bodybuilding competition which really tested my mental and physical strength.
I have nursed several injuries, including a herniated disc and a pulled hamstring - which taught me alot about my body and how I can help others rehab their way back to their baseline and get strong!
